We have two factories, one is mould factory named Tianjin Jinfan Mould Co., Ltd,which is mainly specialized in designing the mould for the plate and gasket for plate heat exchanger. And another factory named Tianjin Botai Heat-Exchanger Equipment Co., Ltd, which mainly produces the whole set plate heat exchanger, plate for plate heat exchanger, frame for plate heat exchanger,etc.

Tianjin Botai Heat-Exchange Equipment Co., Ltd., the wholly-owned subsidiaries of Tianjin Jinfan Mould Co., Ltd., is a professional maufacturer to manufacture plate heat exchangers, and plates and rubber gaskets for PHE. The area of the factory is 26,000㎡, and the workshop is 12,000㎡. Our company has 14 sets of pressing machines of 40,000tons, 15,000 tons, 10,000 tons and 6,000 tons, and we also have over 30 sets of other equipment including punching machine, laser cutting machine, laser welding machine.etc.

We can supply over 400 models of plate heat exchangers and plates and gaskets. The porthole diameter of plates is from 25 to 500mm, and the plate material can be made as SS304, SS316L, Titanium, Nickle, Hastelloy Alloy C2000, C276, 254SMO and Titanium and Palladium Alloy.
